    HRV for kitchen exhaust

Is anybody aware of a UL compliant HRV that can be used on kitchen exhaust?

That would be a greasy mess!
Is this for a commercial or residiential application and what region?

Bear Rules: Keep our home <50% RH summer, controls mites/mold and very comfortable.
Provide 60-100 cfm of fresh air when occupied to purge indoor pollutants and keep window dry during cold weather. T-stat setup/setback +8 hrs. saves energy
Use +Merv 10 air filter. -Don't forget the "Golden Rule"

Actually they used to do this.

I recently ran across an old Frank and Church system on a cook line that was probably 40' long. It used a plate frame HX with an automatic steam wash down. The system was 30 years old, I imagine, and know longer functional in auto mode, but still worked....hand mode...which they did. They wanted to fix controls but I would not touch it. There were many many more current code violations on the system.
