Lost mine in August 3 years ago. I'll raise one with you and very sorry about your loss.
I lost my father on Aug. 17th of a heart attack. He was 63. Dad spent over 40 years as a Master Plumber working out of local 22 here in Buffalo. He will be missed dearly by me and his family and friends. I thought I should post something to honer the man who made me who I am today. So I will raise a cold one to my Father and I hope that anyone that reads this will do the same. He would welcome you with open arms.
Thanks Dad for everything
Your son

Sorry to hear of your loss. Here's a cold one to your father.
That's a wonderful sentiment. I still miss my dad very much. He passed away 3 years ago this December. I toast you for your sentiments for your dad and wish you and your family comfort in your grief.

Sorry to hear about your father, Sympathies all around. I'll toast both of you next time I raise a glass.
I lost my Dad in March of 2002 and it's still a bit difficult.
Hang in there, He will always be with you in a life time of memories. That is the part that helps balance out the sorrow.
Sorry but that's the truth, at least for me.

He looked like a proud blue collar worker like the rest of us. May he rest in peace.
Rob, I'm sorry for your loss.
My Dad died 8 months ago...Christmas day. In time, the pain you're feeling
becomes more tolerable. Going on with life; honoring His Name and accomplishments,
as you are doing, is the best way!
I am sorry to hear of your loss. At my age I say, "There but for the will of God go I." I can only hope that my sons will have as much admiration for thier Dad as you have shown for yours. My condolences.

true knowledge exists in knowing that you know nothing.
I just wanted to take the time to thank everyone for their kind words during this tough time. We had a beautiful memorial service for him today and I just could not believe how many people were there. Everyone said what a hard and dedicated worker he was and a great mentor. There were many people who I did not even know saying this which just blew me away. They also said he new how to party to and that was great to here also. Work hard and play harder was his motto. His laugh and smile were infectious, and that is what I will miss most from my Dad.
