    EMC End Bells ?

I have found several ECM evaporator motors that have bad end bells recently. They are out or warranty and I was wondering if anyone has had any luck trying to rebuild these things? Usually it is a blown thermister or capactor and it does not look like are difficult repair.

Power surges are what kill the bell ends. Install a surge protector in the unit and you'll won't have to worry about it going bad anymore.

Get much higher than .75"wc and the motor may crap on you within 2 yrs, .85 to .90 and it will within a year most likely because client will let the filter cake and then your going over 1.25"wc.
