Well if its a CMT 30 with dual Compressors , Remember that Left side cools the Cabinet also , Check your Refrigerant level , check the Mxv , Sol. valve , , etc. etc. if its more than 10 years old , i would suspect the Compressor just from experience , but make sure you check everything else first, 18 20 psi is what your compressor should be pulling down to.

I've never heard "cabinet" be used with this machine. What part does that respresent? Please don't give up on me! I'm a single female very small business owner here with 0 contacts and this is my only machine. The machine is only about 4 years old. The left side is still doing exactly what it needs. And the rigt appeared to be. It was freezing the fro yo and dispensing it just fine. It wasn't until later in the day that I realized the top hopper wasn't chilled at all. I tried turning the machine off, night mode, day, etc. This has happened once or twice before, but just started working again the next day after leaving in night mode. This time, no luck. Can you narrow it down any better? How do I check the things you mentioned? I may need guidance, but more than willing to get dirty and do everything I can to fix the problem!
