Actually, the sales order screen tube info is a tube code number for the type of tube, not the actual quantity of tubes. The quantity will come from the hx code in the model number, and will have to be looked up by the local service office, or it's possible that Baltimore Parts could tell you.
True I have seen that when people replace the micro board that the information in the sales order screen to be lost or incorrect if not copied correctly before replacement.
