    That's weird

Pulling into a gas station and see this. Turns out the ladder is securely fastened to the roof and it swivels and locks into place. Wasn't sure if I should post this on the WOS or the WOP.

I like it. Assuming it's mounted securely, it's a pretty decent idea.

It's mounted on a swivel base. Talked to the filter guy and saw the setup myself. Here's another pic.

The way I see it, it it's attached to the van, it's probably likely already safer than the extension ladder would be from the ground...

That's my question. If it doesn't detach, it seems kinda limited.

Maybe that's how they bid them...

"Sorry we can't do this one...we can't back our truck up to it..."

    "...but it's on the ground..."

    "...oh..."
(The wise men of modern thought) adore a god made of putty or of wax - plastic, effeminate, molluscous, with no masculine faculty about him, and no quality that entitles him to the respect of just and honest men, for a being who cannot be angry at wrongdoing is destitute of one of the essential virtues, and a moral Ruler who is not angry with the wicked, and who refuses to punish crime, is not divine. ---Spurgeon

There's probably pins that he can remove to use the ladder on the ground.

It would be nice to never have to climb up and unstrap ladders.......
