Well, if I try, I can make myself sound like any area I want to...

Seriously, I tend to adapt naturally. I lived in N VA for 3 years between Texas and GA... Folks say I have a drawl... only when I want to IMO.

GA's basic rules of home heating and AC upgrades:
*Installation is more important than the brand of equipment
*The duct system keeps the house comfortable; the equipment only heats and cools (and dehumidifies)
*The value of comfort, over the long term; leave economic choices behind!

Even a hodge podge would need the explanation of a regular system to describe how to attempt to make it work.

You have been around more than I...

Grew up in Houston TX. Tried a summer in SanDeigo, cost tpp much to live there. Moved to Falls Church in 1987, stayed there for 3 years (worked for a large plumming contractor that got into kitchen/bath and remodeling). Then moved to GA and live in Norcross which is NE of Atlanta. Been here 20 years, this is home now.

Atlanta offers most of the things a big city has... yet one can live far out enough to not be caught up in the big city. Nice mix IMO.
