Megaflow is about as tactical as I can think of.
Cut the case like reeferman did and possibly mount them straight up.

Any of you other young pups got a suggestion?
Does your uncle have a old manifold laying around that he bought in the 70's?

    Mount the ak's to that.

Modern gauge on a vintage manifold would look cool.

It looks retro but has ball valves.

    I like that.

Was thinking of switching over to a regular YJ manifold, will consider that one now.

    Leak checked fine!
    So far I'm loving it.
New hoses (all black w 90 ball valves on end) on order!

Are your 90*s at the the same angle or is one a little more to the left or right.

Mine did leak when I put it together Thursday and one 90 is slightly off from the other.

Might be the angle of the pic, but they are both angled identical. It was tedious in doing so! A lot of minute adjustments.
I nyloged every fitting as I assembled

I checked for leak-by through the charging port, but not the vacuum.
I'm anxious to see how well they hold up in the field. Time will tell.
I still have faith in jb's mechanical tools, just not their electronics. I'm hoping they will stand up along side their pumps (diehard jb pump fan)

    As a side note:
I did not use the supplied 90's (never received them with purchase).
I used four store bought street 90's and the two swivels that came with the DC (what a pain trying to find new ones)

Found the leak in on of my hi-side 90s. Torqued the hell of of it and it passed a 350 psia co2 test.

Are you using the supplied 90's?
If so, can you share a pic (or anyone)?
