    wow can you say "high static by desgn"?

    Really didn't need the mano to know the return must be off the charts!!

    Typical of this neighborhood - 2500 sqft with 125k furn and 5 ton ac with 1400 - 1500 cfm at best.

    Are they using the brooms and mops to adjust the airflow? Very nice.

    I really didn't want to tell the HO how bad everything was since it was my first time there. And all they wanted was a PM and it "has been this way since house was built".

    I had a .2" PD between blower door and that small base metal duct. The poor ductboad trans reduced the SP to .68.

    My thought is this furnace needed bottom and side return and t would've been easy to do back then. Then we get to the poor flex situation..........

    No not really Ryan. This customer found me on angies list and called asking how much for service .

    They were a Indian couple very frugile.

    I think I made the right choice by not saying you need to pay up for me to fix everything on this 1994 unit.

    Just left it at this unit is oversized and id love to change it with smaller equipment and fix returns when the time comes.
