How's this for starters. Did you have a service company install the thermostat for you? If so, why not call them back and ask them to come look at your system if you feel that it is not working right. After all, you paid them to do a job and you should get them to help you until you are satisfied.
However, if you put this thermostat on yourself, then this is do-it-yourself territory and as you were told in the previous thread you started about thermostats we cannot offer you advice on how to fix it as it goes against the site's rules.
