I should be more clear, the side against the house is the service panel, Lennox wants something like 30 inches clearance

It looks like the Lennox logo is not parallel with the house brick lines.

I don't like those pump ups. Don't see any around here. But, i guess they are necessary in the cold climates!!!

Without the pump-ups the water from the defrost cycle will freeze in the bottom of the unit. Each cycle builds it ice higher until it crushes the lowest coil and looses all the refrigerant. You don't have to like them, but you'd better use them.

Yeah, I think it's tipping, but I don't think the dog is. Reference the unit against the dog. If the dog isn't, the units tilt isn't awful.

My heat pump may go through one or two defrost cycles a winter!!!!

I guess that it doesn't get very cold in Phoenix....or doesn't stay very cold.
