20 ton unit requirements in Massachusetts

Hello everyone,
Does anyone know or can direct me to what licensing requirements (in Mass) one needs for units up to say a 20 ton rooftop unit. I am refering to pulling a local permit at Building Dept. other than an EPA certification.
Thanks

Anything 10 tons and over need a license. Go to the Massachusetts Department of Public Safety web site. Then to Engineering Division sub section for info.

The code, permit info and license info in PDF form is on their web site.
