    hiring in Kansas City

    hey guys,
it looks like we will be hiring 3-4 experienced journeyman in the Spring if we can cover all the work until then.
We are growing and have a lot of projects going on.
If you know any HVAC mechanics/pipe fitters with at least 8 years commercial experience, drug free with good driving record that can pass a background check?
let me know, I will forward any resumes to my boss.
That is all i can do, but it could be a great opportunity for somebody if the boss likes your resume?
must be honest, hard working with excellent work habits and work ethics.
good paper work is a plus!

    thanx,

    Frank

    LOL!

Robo says non union shops are referred to as merit shops.

ofcourse they gave themselves that title.

it gives the appearance that a union shop pays lazy do nothings the same pay as a good guy.

and that a non union shop rewards their guys for doing a good job!

I feel that my shop rewards guys that do a good job and immediately fires guys that aren't.

ofcourse while meeting the minimum requirements set by the union contract.

so I believe I work for a union merit shop.

    just my opinion.

    frank

    Talking

If I'm bad, I won't be around! Unitary Service Technician III (Tradesman 3) shouldn't exceed 7.5% callback.
