Heat pump help 4 a new member

hello all and Merry Xmas,

Writing from the Blue Ridge Mtns. Of SWVA. I have tried to read on this forum where and where not to post. There are what seems to be so many rules I don't know where I am aloud to post my question. I am just a meazly ole home owner who has a question or two on my heat pump and why it is doin what it is that it is doing. Can someone tell me PLEASE where I am aloud to post a question for help on the proper operation of my heatpump.
