The customer actually asked if the ice build up was ok on a reach in freezer.

Regardless of the ice build-up, $4.29 is a great deal for those sausage biscuits.
The picture in my avatar is of the Houston Ship Channel and was taken from my backyard. I like to sit outside and slap mosquitos while watching countless supertankers, barges and cargo ships of every shape and size carry all sorts of deadly toxins to and fro. It's really beautiful at times.....just don't eat the three eyed fish....

Time to thaw out the unit, unclog the drain, and replace the drain heater. Is this a True unit? Family Dollar maybe?

It is a MasterBilt box, chain store to remain unnamed at this time as they are an active customer. The drain heater was good, only went into drain line 1 inch allowing bottom 2 inches of drain to freeze.
