Honeywell T7300 unoccupied issue

Multiple T7300 tstats connected to Tridium R2 JACE (version 527). On some tstats StatusOcc shows unoccupied, yet stat appears to be controlling around occupied heat setpoint, based on review of space temp history (unocc heat spt is 60 deg, occ heat spt is 68 deg, space temp history steady around 68 deg).

All Lon devices have been re-commissioned and re-bound, with no apparent link issues, problem still exists.

As follow-up, found that StatusRmTmpActSpt was = to nciSetpoints occupied heat value, even though StatusOcc read unoccupied.

nciSetpoint valves appeared to be in correct order, i.e. Unoccupied cool>standby cool>occupied cool>occupied heat>standby heat>unoccupied heat
