BW 6 years old combustion blower fails can't find one after calling all over town. Finally find one but it cost darn near as much as a new A.O. Smith heater.Originally posted by dchvac
Doug - I agree 100% re: only available to dealers. Also, we've had less warranty calls with the BW's. Just installed an NEW A.O. Smith with a defective thermocouple.

If you flush it twice a year and change the anode every 5 years or so, a water heater will last indefinitely.
