    I'm guessing that screen in the inducer is some kind of nox screen, and it's on propane? woops.

    haha....its natural gas. the screen in the inducer was the missing half of the screen in the intake! i noticed a higher then normal static on just collector box 3.4" w.c and was wondering if the exhaust was blocked. the secondary is starting to clog up but combustion is still good. unit is 17 years old.

    If that gingerbread house is to scale, your A/C is way over sized... thats gotta be atleat 20tons
