How old is this unit?
Attached is a photo of the nameplate of a rooftop heatpump (I think).
Can anyone tell me how old this unit is, how many tons, and what sort of backup heat it has?
If you don't want to open the photo,
It has model number CHP16-653-9Y.
Serial Number: 5600B-09912

Since they didn't check the box for what backup they put in it, you'll have to look at the heat kit.

Looks like Lennox numbers..and is 5 tons.
