    Only 10-minute Burn on SL-750TR

    I just wanted to get an idea of the problem prior to calling a tech. Our 11-year old NG unit has a wall switch in parallel to the manual switch. Either one will light the unit but we get only around 10 minutes burn time until it shuts off, pilot light as well. I am guessing a failing thermopile? Thanks!

    That would be my last guess. Many things can cause it to drop out. Good time to call Tech Attachment 232441
