No heat today on a Lennox G26. Customer resets and it works off and on.
Found this pleasant termination setup.
In the pics you will find a couple of things. The intake pipe is on the left and has partially come apart where it goes into the wall.
The exhaust on the top on the right has lost its horizontal piece resulting in recirculation and frosting inside the elbow of the intake pipe.
Well time to get out the ladder, fittings and glue

Well someone got carried away.
Code here is 7 feet above a commercial paved driveway. Which this is.
Then there is a ventilation/return air grill about 18 inches to the left of it. Code at that time was 10 feet from a mechanical air inlet for the furnace exhaust.
FYI the metal box with the louvers on it just below the termination is some type of telephone connection point.Here's your sign...
