    Refrigeration Leak Detectors

I work with many large walk in facilities and as many of you might know, regulations for facilities with over 2000 lbs of refrigerant are requiring them to install leak detection and where there is a refrigeration device (coil, compressor etc...) if it is within the building. So how many leak detectors are needed in a large walk in?
The California Air Resource Board does not specify a requirement, but some cities are requiring High and Low leak detectors with multiple placements in large rooms, where other cities seem to be fine with one in the machine room only until the new CARB rulings.
Is there a Hazmat or OSHA guildline for this?
The ASHRE Refrigeration Standards do not specify areas other than the machine room.

    here goes those new laws,

i would assume its gonna be a doo what we tell you to do type of code, maybe a multiper source/zone leak detector is what you will require....

just add another line.... liquid, suction and now leak detector line to each system haha
