    I'll let you in on a little secret -- goods manufactured to be sold in China are usually much better quality than some of the stuff they export. This is because the government tightly controls quality for goods to be sold there, but not for export. (The Chinese tainted milk guys got a bullet to the side of the head...)

    But, honestly, you can't make out what it says just by the numbers and abbreviations (kw, db, mpa etc)?

    Just an update -- seem it is a function of pressure control after all. Listening more carefully I can hear a relay click on and off intermittently.
