have noticed it at many different times.
usually when the head count exceeds 250.

guess the site is becoming too popular.

I have the 5Mbps/256Kbps Mediacom cable service and for me it usually sits on the current page for a few seconds when I click a link then sparks to life and renders the requested page almost instantly.
In my neck of the woods to most people "Maintenance" equals cursing at and/or kicking something when it breaks down.

To get the degree symbol ° on Windows hold down the Alt key and type 0176 on the keyboard number pad. It is also available via the character map, and on Windows 8.1 devices with a touchscreen via the on screen keyboard.

Server is probably low on freon, I told those techs how to use the beer can method and they still can get it right.
