AMTROL Domestic hot water

Is any one having problems with leaks on Amtrol Boiler Mates? Have had leaking on the side and they would say the warranty was at its end. Ok, then was told the new tanks had a life time and they made changes to prevent the side leaks. So ok but a few years latter I am seeing the bottom gaskets dripping. Has any one else been running into this?

Just replaced the gasket in a 1 year old Amtrol WH41Z. Factory played the "this is the first time I've heard of that" card. Only thing covered is the gasket, the HO gets to pay the labor.
