Does anyone have a wood-fired pizza oven at home?
I am in the design stage for mine and am looking for ideas to input.
I am looking at either the hi-tech route-
Or the ancient way...............
Either way, soon there will be some great smells coming from my back yard.

I have often thought of building one myself. I have talked to a guy who built one. Cost a lot of money for the material. Fire brick and fire proof cement(?) There must be plans on the internet. Good Luck with your project. Take pics and post........Never give up; Never surrender!

The best time to make pizza is in the winter. I just can't imagine standing outside in two feet of snow waiting for my pizza to cook.
