    Nifty water heater flue one of my guys ran into (& repaired) a few days ago. Homeowner said "It's been that way for years"

    did you not hear the customer, its been like that for years so why is it now a problem. if it was bad, they would have had a problem waaaaaaaay before.

    You'd think, but at some point in time the "trap" should have filled up and wiped out the family. I prefer the term condensate maze. It has a couple extra turns but there's still an exit.
