Well just got back from a week in St.Louis. Anyone here ever taken the Power Performing Technician course. Just want to know what you think about this course.

It is part of the Airtime 500 company. The company I work for is a One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning franchise.

Yeah, I've been to it at least once or twice. Years ago. Hope to go again soon. But when I went last time it only lasted 2 or 3 days, if memory serves. Have they extended the course?
BTW, going to the Expo next mo. Are you?WHY?

This course was a 5 day thing. Very intence. 8:00am to 5:00pm 1 hour lunch. Lots of homework. Free breakfast and lunch. Had to buy my own supper. Company paid for it when I got back.

I found it very interesting. There was allot of very interesting information that one can use each and every day dealing with customers.
