What, if any routine maintenance should be done to a central air system. It is new, my installer offered a annual service contract which I'm not sure if its necessary.

    Thanks for your input!

Here is my view of needing a maintenance contract you buy a new heater or a/c so i dont need contract wwould u drive ur car for years with out letting someone change oil or sheck everything over do yourself a favor call a contractor get a contract there are many types to choise from but when your unit goes down you will be glad you have one yu will hate to pay for after hours call when it could have been found on a preventive maintenace trip to check unit but thats my view im just a service guy who hates going on call
