when i worked for Goodyear many years ago we had a urinal with a Sloan type valve that would spray straight out near the handle when you flushed it. well, our Distric Mgr stopped by and used this thing and must have hit the lever before he was actually finished. he came out soaking wet and complaining that he had pissed all over himself as well. he was a pretty decent guy about it.... we all had a good laugh.

Our Superintendant was in one that did this. Almost an OSHA injury.
