This guy had no rear view. At some point in time he was going to need to make a lane change. We have the largest concentration per capita of people in the state. I can't believe he did not get stopped.

Saw a pick up truck last week. guy had about 20 ft ladder sticking up out the back, it had to be 8 feet out of the bed, unreal. I wonder if he knows haow dangerous that is or how liable he is?
