Healey Nut I was more referring to the CBT01625 or whatever part that comes as an option. We didn't get any influence on the customer when they bought this chiller, came on the scene afterward. Those little plastic covers don't last long and somehow our local rep said they're 30 dollars haha. There's a price for everything.. We fabbed up our own sheetmetal cover and painted the thing ourselves to be done with it all.

I don’t know if you meant to respond to me or if you were actually responding to Healy. The CBT01625 costs less than half that where I am but we aren’t supposed to talk price on this forum. Are you actually an HVAC contractor or are you really an end user???

Hey R123, I was responding to Healey Nut but yeah I'm a contractor too. Trane isn't our number one manufacturer but we install whatever the customers require. I know having Kestrel view would've made it easier but I'm not a Trane tech so the ole TechView is all we have. It's still a nice software suite for free.

Rather than start a new post, I do have one other question for you guys- where are the service packs for Tracer Summit now? I know it's a dead system so no more updates, but mytranecontrols.com and tracersummit.trane.com look to be closed. Haven't needed to download a service pack in forever so I'm not up on the new location. I do have ComfortSite access if it helps.
