all of the above plus technical support for the guys that don't know what to do, where to get parts, bid repairs. general Babysitting duties. Customer service. I view a service manager as one who Has been there and done that type of guy. Jack of all. thank god I'vd got one at 90k. He is the Best! And best of all he's an Oldtimer!

90 k Can I apply at youre shop. Thanks for the ideas I got the job been doing this for 20 years and have been around now I get to clean up after the guy b4 me that did nothing but I look at it as a lot of opportunities.

My office is 3' lower than there rest of the offices. You know what flows downhill

So I can relate to scapegoat and unhappy customer rep though the dispatcher tries to handle them for me!
