    Talking here in Lexington,K.Y.,.......

i have had the unfortunate pleasure of working on some of the roof tops before,if you think the stores are nasty, you should see the equipment here, and don't bother recommending anything........they will not approve any preventative maitenance......seems to me,the company i was working for about 6 years ago,had to battle in court to get some form of payment!!!kinda of funny, because my daughter and i just got back from the Dollar General here in Lancaster,K.Y.,and they had no heat, being a small town, the manager asked if i would mind looking at the roof top for them...i declined, saying that i was not in my regular service van,and therefore, did not have any parts...it is a Trane, and if anything can stop a Trane it is Dollar General!!!!

Funny how the advent of the super mega mart created all the empty space needed for all the dollar stores and big lots'.What happens when the department stores get even bigger and the super stores are left vacant? Super sized go-cart tracks indoors and paintball I guess? Maybe big smoking lounges? Bingo halls?Trampoline wholesale showrooms?

The Mall concept is going away here. The drive up in front of stores are back in. I guess it is beacuse the weather is so nice. Mall stores have a lot of over head.
