Could I win in court ?
Ok now I get it. Their using Eddie's yard to store electricity and sell it to the neighbors.

What about the concept though ?

I think it would hold up in court what do you think ?

Remember this is a country that gave a million dollars to a lady who spilled hot coffee on herself,, I guess she didn't know it would be hot.And if it was cold she would have returned it right ?

I've witnessed the (literal) ground used. Turned out really bad.

Some moron at his business (electrical station across street) decided to plant some trees and started digging... When he hit the line the neighboring buildings ground wire popped but not till all panels in the building were smoking and wires melting...

The neighbors weren't too happy that their new building with all that under concrete piping needed a re-do.

    ..anyway, that's what can happen.

    conduit
    One entry found for conduit.
    Main Entry: con·duit
    Pronunciation: 'kän-"dü-&t, -"dyü- also -dw&t, -d&t
    Function: noun
Etymology: Middle English -- more at CONDUCT
1 : a natural or artificial channel through which something (as a fluid) is conveyed
    2 archaic : FOUNTAIN
3 : a pipe, tube, or tile for protecting electric wires or cables
    4 : a means of transmitting or distributing <a conduit for illicit payments> <a conduit of information>

well I guess if you use the last meaning, it makes sense. And there are (unwanted) currents flowing through the ground.
Some people think the grounding system that we have is the wrong way to go, with the new technology on ground fault detection. I think denmark or somewhere is going that way. Not sure what country it was.
there but for the grace of god, go all of us

Is it like, I conduit but you can't.

Eddy if you did not go off on your sociopathic tangents, you might be ok.

Hope I did not hurt your little feelings with the pay eddyless thread.
A Diamond is just a piece of coal, that made good under pressure!
