is that some sort of on demand boiler? never seen one yet...they got a website for that boiler? as for the job, very nice. i like the switches in between the taco control and the pumps. customers must love the floor space they save with that boiler.

It is a modulating boiler. I have installed 4 of these so far and like them a lot. http://www.nythermal.com

Yes the domestic water is isolated from the heating loops. The heating loops have Glycol installed in them for freeze protection.

The Trinity boilers are great, They're coming out with a 399 MBH unit soon.
I noticed the way you mounted the controls and pumps.
Have you seen the Kitec control panels?
Much neater looking job, less space.

They've had a '399' called Ti400 unit for some time, now. Is this a completely new unit you're speaking of? I honestly haven't had the opportunity to install one of the 400's yet. We've done several stand alone 150 & 200's. I'm adding a Superstore to my first Trinity unit tomorrow. Customer said he kept sort of hoping his old water would fail sooner, but it kept on working so he decided to not wait it out any longer. Nothing like a happy repeat customer!
Don't confuse me with facts, my mind is already made up.

Nice looking job.
Does the trinity have outside sensor like the Munchkin
condensing boilers?
I have used several munchkin boilers and two of there
new Contender units with SuperStor indirect water heaters,

I had a trinity 150 combi unit installed. just wondering if the pump should run when you turn on the hot water tap? if so why? Also getting some pipe rattle noise every once in a while. It has an expansion tank installed
