    hydrotherm kn10 & metasys

    Anyone ever have a problem with johnson metasys sending a 4-20ma signal to a new version 3.28 hydrotherm kn10 boiler, measuring a steady signal at boiler and boiler is hunting for setpoint, sourced a 4-20ma signal from signal generator and boiler works fine, tried same output on older version boiler right next to problem boiler and older works fine with same output! hydrotherm has no idea what to do! please help

    I had this problem years ago on a different device. I added a 8ohm resister inline with the signal to load the circuit and it has worked ever since.
