    has anyone out there done integration using metasys with the new mammoth units featuring the bacview controllers? looking for good or bad experiences.

    NOTHING but trouble..DON"T DO IT!!!!!!!!

    I've done alot of startups where Johnson was the controls contractor. Never had a problem. Have to make sure Mammoth controller is set up for N2 bus.

    If you are metasys to just view the controller then you
    should be OK. We were letting the metasys start and stop
    the 100% OA unit but upon startup the unit would lock itself out and there was nothing to indicate to metasys why it was locked out. The BACview would have an alarm for low supply air but nothing else. After months of troubleshooting and several calls we found that the heating cycle has some kind of delay and as soon as startup happens the dampers open and supply air goes in alarm and locks the unit out. We called the local rep and
    they sent some tech who was suppose to change the program but after 1 week it happened again. We are running the unit 24/7 until they can come out and fix it.
    The story is if you need something changed its trouble.
