I like Lennox. After placing the call to tech support I can grab some breakfast, wash and organize the van, grab some lunch, take a nap, and have an afternoon snack all before they even pick up the phone.

Same for me on carrierlol lennox has really done a good job the few times Ive used them and york and goodman do good for me also carrier does good just hard to get them some days, of course no more than I call them I could have just been at they few times they were covered up. But in my experiance all of the major brands do alot better than they used to. Only really have frustrations with the off name brands. They are mostly reading from a computer.

I also find long wait times with Lennox tech support, usually worth the wait though.
The company I work for sells Carrier in MN and the tech support at the wholesale company, both commercial and residental, provide a great deal of assistance as well as a dedicated commercial contols guy.

Trane is impossible to get tech support because we don't sell their product. You can wait two hours to get ahold of Lennox. York can be good but sometimes it will take them a day or so to get back to me. Typically I can get Carrier support within an hour and they seem to almost always have the answer.

i can't believe carrier is in the lead with the things i hear from guys. i hear carrier takes 2 days to call back. i have had luck with lennox some years back ..... only time ive used tech support recently was Aaon & i was satisfied with them.
