Garibay apparently walked up to a sheriff's deputy at a gas station on Old Winter Garden Road early Friday and used some sort of code to ask if the officer wanted to buy drugs.
When Garibay pulled out a bag that had drugs inside, he was arrested. Records showed the contents of the bag later tested positive for cocaine, according to a Orlando Sentinel report.
Garibay remains in the Orange County Jail on Friday.
