After furnace runs through regular heating cycle and blower shuts down, about a minute later, the blower kicks back on for about 10 seconds.
    Any thoughts?

Fan/limit control probably cutting fan out too early after burner cuts out. Heat exchanger probably still a little hot causing control to kick blower back on.

Heat built up around the heatexchanger. Your blower is controlled by temp in heat mode, even when the burners shut off there is residual heat, enough to bring on the fan. Normal operation.
Sometimes when I consider what tremendous consequences come from little things, I am tempted to think there are no little things!

how old is heater? if electronic controls it could be tripping a limit switch after shut down. make sure filter is clean, if it is call for service.
