Thread: What's a good Resume?
01-31-2006, 10:33 AM #1
Recently read an article on writing resumes and cover letters. The author stressed the importance of writing how you can meet the needs of the prospective employer.
If you are an employer, what are your needs? If someone looking for a job sent you a letter or resume, what would grab your interest? How do the resumes that you find impressive differ from all the others?
Thanks in advance for your feedback.
