I filled out a job application online for a hvac job on career builders.com
and after the first page which asked for name number
address and prefered cell number I got a second page
that wasnt voluntary that asked my sex and race.
Is this a marketing company trying to get my info trying to get my cell phone number and calling only the the race that fits a demo or trying sell my race/number?
Would u not fill out this application?
Have u filled out these kinds of non voluntary
questions?
The application ended with a page saying it was apc world wide.
This is how they defined race.

I would contact HVAC-AGENT and ask for some advice. If you presently have a resume, fax it to the person who talked with you.
These are great folks who really care about you landing a job.
Once you have spoken with them, they will advise you on how best to fill oot your online forms.
HVAC-AGENT is the best place to apply for work in the inudstry, save for word of mouth referrals.
