Angry torch to defrost the coils ?

Was he using a torch to defrost the coils and busted a spot in the line and oil sprayed out and caught him on fire ? The story says the freon caught on fire ( yeah right!!) . This is the only thing that comes to mind.

I was thinking he might of had a leak in the fuel tank for his torch, that ignited. I don't think it was the refrigerant.
