What gas fireplace do you enjoy working on?
What gas fireplace have you had a good or great experience working on ? Was it build quality or ease of access that captured your heart? What do you look for in a fireplace

Hate them all. But comes with the territory. Inserts I just pull out and take to shop to repair.
There is no bad beer, some just taste better than others.

I love them all !!!! I guess since there are thousands of vent frees in my area, I'd have to say the Peterson G10......I know they don't have a big fan club here, but someone's got to keep them properly maintained.
....now the list of ones I'd prefer not to work on is growing !!!Common sense is NOT common !!!

You get to lay down on these jobs...
Some are designed with better access for service. Some gas valves
are challenging to change when that comes around.
Course cash payers are the best!
My favorite light with magnets on the back and an outlet for other tools.

I work on all brands of fireplaces, we don't have ventfree in our area (Ontario Canada) but I would have to say the newer ones with the ability to pull the entire burner tray out to work on the valvetrains are my favs.
