Thread: best way to wire a house

    I went to this house to see about possibly buying it. The house has electric heat and the tenant keeps it at 75 degrees inside. The owner pays the electric. When I went outside this is what I saw. YES, the two black wires going into the attic go straight to the panel BYPASSING THE ELECTRIC METER!!!!!
