    Reliable control conflict

Maybe it's me but are reliable controls a pain?
Took over job from an other hvac company who billed the client
and did not leave one stitch of paper indicating how to access system!
Or even wiring direction and or diagrams!
Customer service want me to buy software to access product
but, with all this trouble, the cost and wasted space on computer
I'm not sure if I want to use Reliable control products in the future!

    Can anyone help?
1 main controller/stat LCD display (Mach) Rt
    2 designated zones/temps, office & shop
    Shop has 6 RTU
Office 2 roof top units one controller at roof top

other one was what I believe to be wiring right to first
stat listed above ( is it possible? )

Office RTU is digging my grave!

    Anything will help

So due to the previous contractors actions, the product is at fualt?
    I think it is you.
Of course the factory wants you to buy the software, it's not Loytec you know.

1 downside is that RELIABLE was letting anyone be a DEALER and HVAC companies were joining / leaving and the product was not being properly represented.

Customer is also at FAULT for paying an invoice and not getting the INFO / AS BUILTS they paid for.

Where abouts are you in Canada ?

Just need info to see what I can do with
system as it sits, previous company apperently
had it working, but I found two room temp sensors
    that were disconneted

Is it possible to run two RTU off on Mach-Rt controller? twinning?
The Mach "stat"was wired to a RTU without a mach-Rt controller
Is communication from stat via a+ & b+ or the two two wire going
from each controller to the Mach stat? Again not into controls yet so
    still willing to learn

Get in touch with WHOLESALE SERVICE in Windsor they sell RELIABLE ( hopefully they are not the ones who did the job ) and they will likely help you out. Their link on the RELIABLE site does not work but this 1 does.
