Never heard of Goldman.
What is the serial number. If furnace is less than 5 years old it might have parts warranty left.
Can anybody tell me what is the type of an induction motor that my furnace uses? The furnace model is gks90703bxa. i have found the service manual and it indicates a 1/3 hp blower, but trying to find the actual model number is very difficult.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you call the installing contractor? They should have the motor or will be able to get one.

OP is going price fishing on the internets!!!
How tall are you Private???!!!!
Yes it is in warranty, the motor should be free of charge, you should only pay for labor, HOWEVER if the unit was bought from internet in any way you have no warranty!Period but if not bought online yes it is very much in warranty! Can one of you pro members explain that he doesnt need the installing contractor, any Goodman dealer can and will handle it.
The installing company, one of the largest in the area is claiming that warranty is only 1 year and wants $ to fix it. Smells like a rip off to me. Would appreciate if any of you can help me with the model number of the motor.
Site rules prohibit pricing please.
Thanks,
