    DIY Electron Microscope

This is a very impressive project on this homemade scanning electron microscope. I am really impressed of how he was able to achieve the deep vacuum needed for the microscope to work. And how he solved the problem of oil vapor created by the diffusion pump. I would have never thought that a window shaker would ever be used in that manner.
