    I reheat it like this...

    • Preheat the oven to 400ΊF.
    • Spread a thin layer of corn meal on a preheated baking sheet.
    • Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil over each slice.
    • Sprinkle on a bit of grated Parmesan and/or Romano.
    • Place on cookie sheet and heat until the cheese starts to bubble.

I find this method does a good job of freshening up yesterday's pizza.

I don't think pizza ever made it through the night with me in the house to be eaten the next day.

A new use for bacon brease. LOVE IT!!
I use bacon grease for cooking all the time. Its the best substitute for butter when making grilled cheese, too.

We splurged on a digiornios tonight. I didnt find it any better than the usual red barons that we normally buy.

A little thicker crust....maybe some more toppings....but the overwhelming garlic taste of it made it nearly inedible to me.

On the rare occasions that we have a pizza from somewhere like papa johns or some other pizza place I like the pizza for a breakfast snack the next morning.....cold.

Reheated in the toaster oven... you could also use the regular oven but it seems like a waste to heat a full-size oven up for a slice of pizza. I never microwave it... makes it tasty soggy.
